Terms
& Conditions
Scratch Busters will endeavour
to repair all disks supplied. In the event of a disk
being deemed to be beyond repair, Scratch Busters
will issue a credit voucher which up until its expiry
date can be used against your next order.
Credit vouchers are inclusive of return postage and
packing.
Scratch Busters cannot undertake to repair any warped,
cracked or perforated disks.
Scratch Busters cannot recover any lost data on any
customer's disk.
It is the customer's responsibility to insure any
disks sent to Scratch Busters.
Payment must be received with orders. Orders cannot
be processed without payment.
Payment can be made either by :
a. Cheque
b. By Credit Card or Debit Card
Scratch Busters will endeavour to repair and return
disks within 7 working days, but at certain times
this period may be extended.
Scratch Busters cannot be held responsible for any
consequential damage or loss caused as a result of
repairs carried out or attempted to be carried out
or from a total loss of disks either at Scratch Busters
premises or in transit.
Scratch Busters reserves the right to alter or vary
these Terms and Conditions at any time. |
