damaged software direct. Utilising this method of dispatch
you are able to forward single or multiple units and where
appropriate take advantage of the quantity discounts by
consolidating your own disks with those of your family,
friends and colleagues.
Shipping
advice
We suggest you place your
disk in a case or envelope designed for storing CD's and
enclose in a bubble wrap padded envelope. For multiple
items it is important to separate the disks within a package
to avoid further damage during transit. If you have more
disks than can be contained in one padded envelope we
suggest packing the items in a sturdy carton adding packaging
or padded material so they are not jostled during transit.
Items originating within the borders of the United Kingdom
can be dispatched utilising the Scratch Busters FREEPOST
address as detailed on the order
form. For items originating outside the U.K. the appropriate
postal rate must be affixed to the package.
Payment
advice
Payment is acceptable in sterling
by personal cheque, banker's cheque, money order, debit
or credit cards as detailed on the order form. Payment
in Euros and other currencies will only be accepted by
credit card.
